Dear Stonebridge Community residents,

We have been contacted by the City of Ottawa’s Human Needs Task Force (HNTF) and asked to share the following COVID-19 updates, as well as resources that may be helpful to you and your neighbours:

  1. The ‘Who to Call’ document helps residents to differentiate between 211, 311 and 911. As you will see, this document is available in several languages.
  2. The Mental Health Resources for Seniors was created by Ottawa Public Health and has been shared during outreach efforts in Ottawa Community Housing buildings across the city (French copy available here)
  3. The Food Fact Sheet offers a list of resources to support those who are, or may know someone who is, needing to access food (French copy available here)

In addition, the HNTF would like to help support harder to reach neighbourhoods by coordinating door-to-door delivery of important City resources or targeted wellness visits.  For more information please email Raynor.boutet@ottawa.ca. In the meantime, should you have any questions or require assistance, please contact HNTF@ottawa.ca

Thank you.
