The last of three open house Q & A sessions is being held on August 20th at the Stonebridge Clubhouse between 3.00pm-8.00pm. Members of the SWG will be on hand to answer any questions that you have.

  1. The City should buy the golf course for 6 mln now and run it. It has been and will continue to be reimbursed through elevated property taxes we pay because of golf course. That is the only viable solution in my opinion

  2. Now that you have decided to move forward with a vote will it have to be unanimous? Super majority? Also why leave it a golf course? Have it as beautiful green space that everyone can enjoy kids, adults, seniors, animals. Seems a bit ridiculous that I have to pay money to keep a golf course that I can’t afford to play?

    For the people who bought on the golf course they have every right to be upset, but why not go after the developer for the exorbitant fee they had to pay for their property being on the golf course?
