Reference: City of Ottawa Development Application # D07-12-21-0192 (Time Sensitive)
The SCA is sharing information pertaining to the City of Ottawa development application file no. D07-12-21-0192 by the Ottawa Community Housing Corporation (OCHC). Proximity of this proposed development is close enough to the Stonebridge Community that we would like to create awareness of this project. The application is for the construction of 32 affordable residential units comprised of 1(one) two story building containing 24 units and 1 single story building containing 8 units at 3380 Jockvale Road (at Longfields) and geared to families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. A further 25 or more units could be considered in a subsequent phase.
