Final approval for Mattamy’s Phase 16 subdivision has been granted by the Planning Committee at the City of Ottawa. The new subdivision is being marketed under the name ‘The Crown of Stonebridge’. Further information about the new homes to be built is available on Mattamy’s website (Crown of Stonebridge).
Mattamy has provided an updated construction schedule for the Mattamy Phase 16 subdivision, available at Stonebridge Golf Course Redesign.
As additional information is received from Mattamy, the SCA will continue to provide updates on the Phase 16 development.
