Mattamy’s Phase 16 development application is still pending final approval with the City of Ottawa. The rezoning application approval is expected to occur in late October 2021. You might notice activity around the Mattamy Phase 16 site on Longfields as pre-grading work continues. You will also see a sign identifying the new subdivision name, ‘The Crown of Stonebridge’. Mattamy has provided an update to the anticipated Phase 16 construction schedule as follows:

- Draft Plan Approved: February 25, 2021
- Detail Design: March 2021 – October 2021
- Pre-grading: November 2020 – October 2021
- Deep Servicing (Sewers/Water): October 2021 – January 2022
- Road Building (Base/Granulars): February 2021 – April 2022
- Shallow Servicing (Utilities): April 2022 – May 2022
- Road Base Asphalt: May 2022
- Home Building: June 2022 – December 2023
- Community Completion (Concrete/Driveways/Landscaping): June 2023 – May 2025
