The Stonebridge Community Association is run by volunteers who live in Stonebridge. We are looking for individuals who would like to contribute some of their time to support the events and activities that we would like to continue to run for the benefit of our community. The Kilbirnie Outdoor Rink is a well-used and appreciated winter feature in Stonebridge and is able to operate because of the generous donation of volunteer time.  The Just for Fun Soccer Program, the Movies in the Park, the Annual Garage Sale, the Children’s Christmas party and other events (interrupted by COVID-19) are slated to return. Volunteer involvement is a critical element of the continuation and success of these programs.

In addition to the area of events, we are also seeking volunteers in other key areas that include:

  • Adopt-a-Park Representatives
  • Development & Transportation
  • Events
  • Safety & Security
  • Sponsorship
  • Volunteering
  • Web Development

We would love to hear from you if you think you can spare a few hours here and there. If you are a student in high school, we can document your volunteer hours to use towards completion of your 40-hour community involvement requirement for graduation.

A recent move away from Stonebridge by one of our directors has created an opening for a Director of Events. This role would require a bit more of a commitment, but is a great opportunity for someone who likes to plan and run events and would enjoy working closely with the SCA Board.

Please send us an email at volunteering@stonebridgeca.com and let us know about your interests and availability.
