Stonebridge Golf Course Redesign
Mattamy selected the award-winning golf course architect Doug Carrick to architect the redesign. The golf course redesign will maintain a minimum par 70 course over 6000 yards in length.
According to Mattamy the Stonebridge golf Course will re-open in June 2022 after the redesign is complete. The work related to the redesign is well underway. Please refer to the renovation schedule below for further information on where this work is being conducted around the course.

Here’s the latest Routing Plan for the renovations to the Stonebridge Golf Course provided by Mattamy.
This version of the Routing Plan is included as Schedule B in the Tripartite Agreement. These are the same changes shared by Mattamy in September 2019 shared in the Letter of Intent (LOI).

Stonebridge Golf Course Renovation Elevation Changes

Mattamy Phase 16 Construction Schedule
On November 8, 2021 the Planning Committee at the City of Ottawa provided final approval for the Mattamy Phase 16 subdivision (2701 Longfields). This subdivision is being marketed under the name ‘The Crown of Stonebridge’. Mattamy has provided an updated construction schedule to reflect the timing of final approval.

Detail Design: March 2021 – October 2021
Pre-grading: November 2020 – October 2021
Deep Servicing (Sewers/Water): October 2021 – January 2022
Road Building (Base/Granulars): February 2021 – April 2022
Shallow Servicing (Utilities): April 2022 – May 2022
Road Base Asphalt: May 2022
Home Building: June 2022 – December 2023
Community Completion (Concrete/Driveways/Landscaping): June 2023 – May 2025
