Dear Stonebridge Community residents! The City of Ottawa is resuming its annual “Cleaning the Capital” program (Sep 13 – Oct 15). To show our solidarity and to fulfill the obligations of our Adopt a Park commitment, we will be running a Stonebridge Community Clean-Up Day on Saturday, September 25th. Garbage bags and gloves will be distributed at W.C. Levesque Park between 10 AM – 12 PM that day and we will provide a list of areas within Stonebridge that should be targeted. The City of Ottawa will then pick up the collected garbage at these locations.

We encourage Stonebridge residents to volunteer an hour or two of their time to focus on removing litter from the trails, parks and main entrance areas of our gorgeous community.
This is also a great way for Stonebridge youth to accrue their community volunteer hours.
The SCA will gladly sign to acknowledge the hours you contribute to this effort. Please note that participants are expected to follow City of Ottawa COVID-19 protocols in effect at the time of the event.
We hope to see you on September 25th!
