Thank you, Stonebridge residents, and concerned neighbours, for helping to spread the word about the upcoming facilitated information session regarding the Stonebridge Golf Course on such short notice.
We’d like to remind everyone that can make it, to bring all your best ideas, comments, and concerns to this meeting even if you’ve already provided feedback to us here at the SCA (e.g. through email, Facebook, or on the survey we conducted over the summer). We anticipate that the information gathered at this kick-off meeting will be officially captured as part of the facilitation process.
If you have a friend, family member or neighbour that is unable to make it, we’ll do our best to livestream the introductions and any plenary discussions that take place right here on our Facebook Page. We’ve also requested that the City make the meeting available either in real-time or by officially recording it on video for later viewing. Based on some of the comments on our previous post, we have also asked the City to provide a method of accepting feedback after the meeting for those that are unable to attend. We have not received a confirmation on this yet so please try to make it in person if you can.
Once again, the meeting date and location is this Thursday, January 24th, 6:30pm-8:30pm at the Nepean Sportsplex. We hope to see you there!
