The Stonebridge community is composed of 3400 homes located in southwest Ottawa, Canada surrounding the beautiful 18-hole Stonebridge Golf Club. The boundary of the Stonebridge community is illustrated in red in the diagram below. Stonebridge homes were built predominantly by Monarch Homes (now Mattamy), along with a number of other builders including Cardel, Uniform and Valecraft.
The Stonebridge community is located in 3 municipal wards: Ward 3 (Barrhaven), Ward 21 (Rideau-Goulbourn) and Ward 22 (Gloucester-South Nepean). The municipal ward boundaries with ward numbers are shown in yellow below.
