Christmas Craft and Vendor Show Details:
The Stonebridge Christmas Craft and Vendor Show is being organized by the Stonebridge Community Association in order to provide an opportunity for Barrhaven area vendors and small businesses to gain visibility in our community, and to give area residents a great way to get their Christmas shopping done while supporting local small businesses. The Stonebridge Christmas Craft and Vendor Show will take place on November 9th from 10am – 3pm at the Stonebridge Golf Club. This event is open to vendors, crafters and small businesses located in the Barrhaven area, with attention paid to avoiding duplication and spots available on a first come first serve basis.
Vendor Summary and Pricing
Spots fitting a 6’ table are available for $50. Electricity can be requested but is not guaranteed. Table and table linen are not provided.
First 40 visitors will receive a free gift bag. Should you wish to contribute to the gift bags, this opportunity is available to you for an additional $10.
Gift baskets will be raffled off throughout the event. First 10 vendors who provide a gift basket will get a scheduled opportunity for a 5-minute business showcase at the event.
Vendors are given the opportunity to have their logos included in a banner on our website for an additional $10.
Vendor Registration
Registration priority will be given to Stonebridge applicants and vendors of our previous shows for a week. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis, with attention paid to avoiding duplication.
Registration is considered final once you have received your confirmation email after you completed your application and payment online.
