The goals of the program are raise awareness of the existence of the Association and to direct residents to the website in order to get up-to-date information on activities, events and most importantly the various development projects that will have a big impact on our community such as:

• New fire hall
• Proposed recreational centre
• Round-about at Cambrian
• New construction Development etc.

Main Thrusts of the program:

• Raise awareness of the Association
• Drive traffic to the website
• Provide visibility for Events and Activities
• Create community contact list (confidential)
• Increase Membership

The first step is to designate a rep for every street on every street!

Responsibilities:

The Rep will be asked to approach his/her neighbours with a letter from the association explaining who we are and what we do.

Next we are hoping to create a contact list with names and e-mails so we can reach as many people as possible when something important is happening, to inform and mobilize the community.

Once that is done, the only thing that the rep would be responsible for is posting flyers on the mailboxes on their street announcing community activities and removing them when done.
